Please upload all documents required(CLEAR & LEGIBLE) in your checklist in Adobe .pdf format individually as follows:
- Loan Application & Underwriting Transmittal Summary (Form 1003 & 1008)
- Current Appraisal (if required by new lender). If loan is HARP/DU REFI PLUS/OPEN ACCESS please submit your DU/LP findings report in lieu of an appraisal.
- Title Report (no older than 60 days)
- Commitment Loan Approval Letter (terms must show and match 1003 – loan amount, rate, term)
- Our Authorization form & other associated docs (payoff, etc..)
