Order Subordination Checklist/Guidelines

 STEP 1)  Please fill out the brief form below for instant responses for PNC/National City, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase & USAA. 

  • If you don’t see your lender in the dropdown menu, STOP ——>>>>  E-mail support@nationwidesubordinations.com and let us know the lender you need (we have numerous lenders that are not listed  below).

STEP 2)  GO TO OUR UPLOAD CENTER TO SEND DOCUMENTS WHEN YOU ARE READY(or follow directions in checklist).

  • PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT.  IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN INSTANT RESPONSE, PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL SPAM BIN.
  • Fees, Instructions & Authorization form will be forwarded to you. Fees vary widely depending upon several factors including loan program (HARP, DU REFI PLUS, FHA Streamline, VA Streamline) and the lender.
    If a line reduction is required, most often the new lender will require proof of this. Typically, proof is in the form of loan modification documents that are prepared along with the subordination to be recorded at closing. THIS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SUBORDINATION APPROVAL OR YOU WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL FEES & LOST TIME.
