Order Subordination Checklist/Guidelines

BELOW ARE THE MOST COMMONLY REQUESTED

Send document package along with Cashiers or Official Title Co/Escrow or Closing Attorney check made out to Nationwide Subordinations.  Personal Checks are not accepted.

Send documents to:  Nationwide Subordinations, 1429 Avenue D, Suite 371, Snohomish, WA 98290.  If overnighting with FED EX make sure STANDARD DELIVERY is chosen.  Fed Ex does not deliver 1st AM to our address.

You may also Fax a LEGIBLE document package to:  425-337-7005 along with a copy of the check so we know it is in transit.
