Location: Nationwide Subordinations is located in Everett, just north of Seattle and provides support services for the lending industry and professionals located all across America.
What we do: Nationwide Subordinations is hired by Title Companies, Attorneys, Escrow firms, loan officers, processors and homeowners all over the United States to handle their subordination request from start to finish. This unique comprehensive service saves professionals valuable time and reduces lender rejections by providing a complete, error-free package directly to the lender.
We pre-audit files for accuracy prior to submission to the lender and discuss transactions with clients daily regarding possible lender responses to your specific loan scenario. Because we process and work on subordinations daily we have a unique insight into guidelines and possible lender responses ranging from approvals to reducing or freezing lines of credit based upon similar subordinations that were approved.
